The study recommends that CARE should embrace IT tools and services so as to have competitive edge and improve service delivery to their stakeholders. ![]() The study findings revealed that use of IT had facilitated better data and knowledge management for the organization, IT had improved operational efficiency of employees, and IT had also improved accountability for the organization and in quality project delivery to its stakeholders are better ways in which IT had improved project success at CARE International. In addition, the regression result of the study shows that there is positive relationship between the IT and project success (r = 0.175 at p < 0.05 significant level.). The study findings revealed that majority of the respondents had various IT organizations devices like 66.7% had laptops, 22.2% had organization mobile phone, 6.3% had desktop computer and 4.8% had iPad or tablet at their disposal to enable them perform their duties. ![]() Data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 20 for descriptive and inferential statistics. That represented a response rate of 93% which was sufficiently high to yield the results sought. A total of 63 questionnaires were returned while 7 interviewed. It adopted descriptive research design where all the staff at the organization in Hargeisa was the targeted for the study.
